The Plas Derwen menu changes regularly using the finest seasonal ingredients to create interesting and comforting dishes. We aim to provide unfussy, seasonal menus with regionally sourced food from responsible and trustworthy suppliers who are fundamental to our success.

Enjoy one of our Celtic Pride steaks, 21 matured on the bone, or share one of our charcuterie or seafood boards with friends.

We also have some of Wales' favourite cheeses alongside other award winning cheeses from Britain. Before you leave, don't forget to indulge in one of our delicious desserts including Mario Dallavalle Carmarthenshire ice cream and sorbet.

Why not join us for breakfast? We offer breakfast from 7.30am to 11.00am for non residents Monday to Saturday. Enjoy a full Welsh breakfast, croissants or smoked salmon.
